Absent Sky
Exhibited at Festival Noor Riyadh ‘23
Absent Sky is an encounter with absence, a threshold where light and void converge. A black expanse hovers, neither fixed nor finite, dissolving edges, unmooring perception. Space is not empty but in flux—shifting, bending, folding into itself. Darkness ceases to be absence; it becomes movement, presence, a force that draws itself into being.
Here, form is ephemeral, light is porous, and the unseen asserts itself. Absent Sky does not define but unfolds—a breath, a rupture, a pulse of the infinite.
