Sand in its natural state exists in a constant state of fluidity, like ever shifting narratives and readings. In Return to the Infinite, rigid interpretations in the form of five core readings comprised of sand, black pigment and resin form ephemeral sculptures resting on a industrial table of spinning rollers. As the pillars slowly rotate over the course of the exhibition they begin to break down to grains of sand that pile up below the table.
Each core reading disintegrating at a different rate as they each return to the infinite.
